Finally added a news page so as to actually keep track of what I put up on this site.
Also, added banks D, E, F, and 7E, and a little bit more to banks 0, 1, 2, and 10.
What has not been done yet: replacing this horrid site with something better designed.

Added tables of contents to banks 8, B, and 10. Added a little bit more to bank 2 overall,
but I still need to code up something to arrange boss AI blocks neatly; I'll probably adapt
the event formatter I've used for Banks 9 and A into something that can also handle that.
Bank C is a smidge more organized, for whatever that mess is worth.
